Mods need an addoninfo.txt in the root folder inside the vpk file or they wont work if you put them in the addon folder in the l4d2 directory however if you want you can add your own with GCFScape because the workshop far as I know only works online if you take them out of the workshop folder and open each one and add an addoninfo.txt drop them into your addon folder in the directory it should
